Great gym, few delivery snags

I ordered the Tonal smart home gym and the smart bar a few weeks ago. The ordering process online was straightforward, though I had a quick question about installation requirements, which support answered pretty fast via chat. Delivery took about 12 days, which was a bit longer than I expected for a big item like this, and scheduling the installation was a little tricky with my work hours. But the actual installation team was professional and quick; they had it mounted and ready in under an hour. The Tonal itself is amazing. The digital weights feel really consistent, and the AI coaching during the 'Advanced Strength' program is genuinely helpful for form correction. I'm finding the 'rope attachment' to be really useful for triceps. The only small issue I had was that the initial setup instructions on the screen were a little brief, but I figured it out.

Consistently good experience

This was my third Tonal-related purchase; I got a 'replacement smart accessories' bundle this time. I've had my Tonal for over a year now, and it's always been a reliable system. This order was just as smooth as when I first bought the unit. Delivery was quick, about a week, and everything was packaged well. The customer service has been consistent too. The only minor thing was the website loading a bit slow once, but it resolved itself.

Detailed Tonal experience

I recently purchased the Tonal smart home gym along with the rope attachment and the workout mat. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I opted for the professional installation service, which went smoothly; the technicians were professional and efficient. I've been using it for a month now, primarily for the strength training programs. The digital weight feels consistent, and the smart handles are comfortable to grip. The workout mat is good quality and prevents slipping during exercises. The AI coaching really helps with form correction, which I appreciate. Overall, a high-quality product that delivers on its promises for a comprehensive home workout.

Absolutely loving my Tonal!

Oh my goodness, I got my Tonal smart home gym installed last week and it's amazing! The digital weight feels so smooth and the AI coaching is next level. I actually look forward to working out now. Definitely buying more accessories soon and telling everyone I know about it!

Pretty good home gym

So, I finally got the Tonal system set up. Installation took a bit, but the guys were good. Tried out a few of the strength training programs and it was a solid workout. The membership seems worth it for all the content. No real complaints, it's a pretty sweet setup for home.

Easy setup, works well

Ordered Tonal, got the 'Tonal installation service'. Installers were on time. Unit works great. Did a 'Beginner Strength' program. No complaints. Shipping was quick enough, like 10 days.

Solid gym, but delivery was slow

I ordered the Tonal smart home gym and the smart handles. The unit itself is fantastic, really enjoying the personalized workouts and the AI coaching is super helpful. However, delivery took about 3 weeks longer than the initial estimate, which was a bit frustrating. Customer service was helpful when I called, but it would be great if they could improve their shipping timelines. Still, the product quality makes up for it.

Good value with the discount

I finally pulled the trigger on a Tonal after looking at home gym options for months. I used a referral discount I found, which saved me a good amount on the Tonal unit itself. The monthly membership cost is still something to factor in, but getting that initial saving helped a lot. The purchase felt worth it, especially seeing how much equipment it replaces. I wish they had more public sales though.
